Book as early as you can. Spring and summer weekends, school field days, and graduation weekends fill up first, and popular units go months ahead. That said, always call even if your event is this week — we often have something available.

Yes. Our crew delivers, sets up, and takes down every unit. You do not need to do anything but tell us where you want it.

Our standard rental is a 4 hour block. Longer rentals, all day events, and multi-day events are available — just ask when you book.

Grass is ideal because we can stake the unit down. We can also set up on concrete, asphalt, or indoors on a gym floor using sandbags instead of stakes. Let us know your surface when you book so we bring the right anchoring.

Every unit lists its footprint. As a rule, allow a few feet of clear space on all sides plus overhead clearance with no low branches or power lines. If you are tight on room, call us and we will help you pick a unit that fits.

Most units need one standard household outlet within about 100 feet. Larger units and multiple inflatables may need more than one circuit. If there is no power at your location, we rent generators.

Safety comes first. Inflatables cannot be operated in high wind or lightning. If the forecast turns bad we will talk with you ahead of time about rescheduling. Call us as early as you can if the weather looks questionable.

Yes. Ultimate Bounce is fully insured, and every unit is cleaned and inspected before it goes out. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance, let us know and we will provide one.

Many of our combos and slides can run wet or dry — the listing will say. For wet units you will need a garden hose at the setup location. Water units are seasonal, generally late spring through early fall.

Yes. Foam parties run through our sister company, Ultimate Foam. You can add a foam party to any inflatable rental — the foam is dye free, pet safe, and hypoallergenic.
